I think this movie will be way less controversial than The Idol, mostly because Sam Levinson isn’t involved.

This being picked up by a major distributor and getting a worldwide theatrical release does give me more hope for the album though. This album has to be good or else it is going to affect this movie’s performance heavily

I will appreciate the movie but dont have any high expectations for it. Even the purple rain movie is just ok on its own.
