    Like that Joseph Solomons guys on YouTube who does guitar covers. All his covers are in his style

    Abel is not a cover artist. He doesnt do covers often for him to have his own style when doing it. he only did it three times in his whole career.

    Idk, I feel like the 21 verse added makes it more of a remix/reimagining, since a whole new rap verse is too big a change for it to just be a cover imo.

    Yeah, you’re right. “Covering” a whole verse is weird, since rap is largely focused on originality.
    Guess I exposed my age and laziness regarding listening to what I’ve missed by not knowing about Diddy’s verse though, lol.
