Just listened this album and i probably gonna listen it a 100 more times. This s*** was a cinematic masterpiece, my only gripe is the voicemail in the middle of the reflection song ( i hate these type of "skits because they f*** up the vibe) and i preferred the more trap vibes on given up on me, second half getting too minimalistic and slow for me after that energetic first half, i expected some industrial vibes after that switch.Otherwise this is a 10/10, it's been a long time an album made me feel this way.

First track feels like Thriller mixed with Alex Foley Beverly Hills Cop Bassline but it's modern..... wild

the vocals are nuts

I mean hard to say because I grew up on trilogy like those mixtapes came out at the perfect time for me so they will always prob be the most influential piece of music to my life but at the same time this album feels like it could follow trilogy (way more than any of his others I feel). It’s genuinely the perfect send off to The Weeknd, feels like it connects to every era

I honestly wasn’t expecting him to get into gospel, old school r&b and a bit of soulful hip hop on this album. Gives a little bit of everything without making it feel disjointed
