I binged S1 yesterday and am on episode 3 of s2. The characters in s1 were so much more compelling at this point than those in s2. I just haven't clicked with them at all.

Rewatched S1 and I love how everything connected to Armonds death.

Obviously the main catalyst was him and Shane’s beef

But giving Shane access to the pineapple room is what gave Shane access to the knife

The girl convincing Kai to rob the family is what made Shane paranoid and thinking he needed a knife to protect himself from “robbers”

Armonds d*** addiction made him go on a coke binge which prompted him to go take a s*** in Shane’s room (due to Shane getting him fired)

Belinda offering Rachel her number and getting her a separate room due to her fighting with Shane is the reason Rachel wasn’t in the pineapple room and Armond was able to sneak in

These are all separate events but if you remove just 1 variable then Armond wouldn’t have gotten killed. Yeah him and Shane beefing was the main thing, but Shane didn’t wanna kill Armond. All the other events coming together is what caused the accidental murder.

Was peeping the music that the Thai actress (Lisa) who plays Mook makes -- she's super talented both singing and rapping

Sucks that her lyrics are unbearably cheesy though

i felt that at first viewing, but trust the process

Hyped for the new episode this has been a strong start
