theres this thing called a differential equation. when you combine multiple differential equations you get a system that describes some process quantitatively

most systems of differential equations are extremely sensitive to what are called initial conditions. these are numerical parameters that vary based on how a system starts, which allow you to define the trajectory of the system and ask the question of what would happen in a given context.

capitalism could be a system of differential equations that models how resources flow and how happy people are. but the initial conditions, or how things were organized when capitalism was first initiated, and even who is responsible for initiating and creating this system, will have extreme influence over the outcome of the system

capitalism and communism are both theoretically viable. but one is much more robust, and that is capitalism
