Omar plays a big role in boardwalk and some other wire vets show up too

I have seen first season of True Detective & first 3 seasons of Fargo. I did hear good things about Leftovers

What are y’all thoughts on Mr Robot?

Barry isn’t as grand as most of these shows but it’s a really good dark comedy. Highly recommend that one

I’m about to start mr robot myself. I’ve heard a lot of great things about that show

A lot of the police dialogue was so corny
Brother Mouzone was corny at times
Too much police stuff
Newspaper arc was too long
Serial killer plot was too sudden
Could have done more with a few of the side characters

My only real complaints

You need to watch something average after The Wire man, not Mr Robot. Anything you'll be watching the coming few months will pale in comparison. Therefore I echo the Ozark recommendation.

This but I recommend Barry instead. It’s a nice change of pace

Why is season 5 considered the worst?

10/10 show

It felt very rushed, Mcnulty mess especially

Cuz it followed 4, the best season, and suddenly the kids got pushed into the background for some stupid McNulty setting up fake deaths plot

The police stuff was almost all boring as s***

You had to sit through all that bs to get to the good/compelling stuff

S5 is the worst but only because every other season is premium s***.

S5 with the lying ass news reporter and when mcnulty finally confronts him. All the underhanded s*** they have to do to get the Wire tap on Marlo. Seeing bubbles slowly level up and finally get to go upstairs in his sisters house. The tension between bunk and mcnulty as he watches mcnulty do all that shady s***. The awkward elevator scene with Daniels and Mcnulty after Kima snitches on Mcnulty. This nigga turned around and said "to be continued"

And I ain't even got into the street s*** which as usual was very entertaining

because of the mcnulty killer storyline

Better Call Saul, Oz, Deadwood, Six Feet Under and The Americans

just started s5, i dont want this show to end

The Shield

Great show. I plan on revisiting season 1, 3 and 4 soon

Season 3 is the best, Season 4 is the most important in the show though

Still the goat show

finally done, though i didnt like s5 as much as the other 4 seasons, s*** ended great and solidified itself in my top 3
