ILoveCheeseCakeSomething about S5 seems off to me, It’s like the show got a whole new crew behind the scenes in between S4-5
I think the season being cut to 10 episodes really messed with the quality. some storylines felt rushed and tonaly off compared to the rest of the show. The season still has some great moments tho

I like the ambition of taking on the journalistic aspect to come full circle with the series but mcnutty & his s***show scheme as the focus of that final season was always such a no go

Drogoni'm cautious because I overplayed the sopranos too much. Next year I'm taking a sabbatical from my annual consumption of late 20th century television.. probably will cave though 'cause everything pales to the cream of the crop.
