Ultra settings capped at 30 seems pretty stable for me only started playing tho so might get worse

i like 40 fps better. feels super smooth and way closer to 60 to my eyes

Think it was the PS5 version sent out initially about a week ago which was fine. But then a day or two before release, they gave out the PC version also.

Either way, the update on PC is trash. It literally can only run somewhat smooth if played in DX11 mode where the majority of graphical upgrades are disabled.
