I got into this game at the right time

How’s the movement/combat/gameplay feel?

Combat kinda mid tbh.

but i dont care. I play for the story. Its so good it got me reading the books.

Combat feels dated tbh

Probably one of the worst things about the game. Gameplay and open world definitely feels like a decade ago

Combat was the main negative of the game at the time so you can only imagine it does feel dated now as others have said.

I’m just replaying now and I didn’t recall at the time initially how ass Roach (horse riding) is on this game. She’s so f***ing infuriating

If you can get over those two points you’re playing a pretty phenomenal game that still holds up 10 years later with two amazing DLCs

Bruh im on beyond hill and dale and lmfao. This game is incredible but this s*** long as f***. A notice board in here is crazy

I will never finish this game because I just run around doing side quests. My issue with every game with heavy side quest content. But it’s also what marks a great game to me when I enjoy side quests THAT much

This game has always just been an exceptional rpg and exceptional team behind it. They gave away 2 pieces of free dlc for like 2 or 3 months after release. Never forgot that. The fact that they came back to give us that and mods after all this time.
