I took Ritalin as a child and then stopped taking it because I didn't like how it made me feel. Recently I've considered going back on it - people who don't have ADD will never realize how much of a handicap this disorder is

And I exercise when I can tbh but that includes like exercise like walks. Playing a sport is obviously a fun way to burn off energy if you find a team/club. Or learn a martial art
Do something that you know you’ll do often. Like I know I won’t jog every day cause I hate jogging.
I think the two biggest factors are controlling your dopamine sources and meditation tho, exercise is icing on the cake
