Yes, but not because Drake told Abel to sign with Republic. And to say Drake was never mad about Abel not signing to OVO is stupid, Abel literally toured with him in 2014 to make up for it. "Broke bread on tour, man its all love now"

I never said he wasn't mad. He clearly was but that didn't stop him from supporting him, which is my point. Drake wouldn't have had a feature on Kiss Land and even shot a video for the song if he was that mad. I'd say he was more disappointed than anything but he always wanted what was best for Abel so he let it go. I'm sure other people in Drake's camp probably still felt a way even after Drake let it go though.

That's not how those situations work lol. The songs Drake wrote for Kanye on those albums didn't make any real money. There are so many writers/producers/sampled acts on all those joints that Drake simply isn't making 20% on any of those records.

That's not how those situations work lol. The songs Drake wrote for Kanye on those albums didn't make any real money. There are so many writers/producers/sampled acts on all those joints that Drake simply isn't making 20% on any of those records.
Kanye gets 50 of the revenue and everything else is split.
Drake not getting 20% yeah but i dont think he wrote that exactly,was just a fire bar.
