They Cloned Tyrone was somewhat of a surprise to me. It’s a film that’s always been on my radar but I never really knew what to expect from it. What I got was a cool, blaxploitation sci-fi movie with great themes about community and fighting back against the oppressors. This movie felt super fresh with great performances from leading trio. A few moments of the plot actually shocked me. The style is there to elevate this movie and make it feel distinct in today’s film world.

He was playing it over-the-top a bit. Or it might have been his voice. It sounded too unnatural.

Yeah I really f***ing liked this. Some parts were a little too on the nose but all in all a fire film.
All 3 did a good job in they roles. I liked the twist they had too, especially the ending. S*** was like get out mixed wit sorry to bother you.

No lie I went into this thinking it was about a person who went missing and then they go on a scavenger hunt and discover he was kidnapped and cloned.
