my presentations are so bad cause I read everything from the paper and still manage to stumble over some words. I never rehearse.

nah they definitely dont think that. Because they are nervous too and if not, they understand why. Everyone isnt a professional speaker.
Idk if youre still in school or still do presentations, but the tip is to practice your presentation until youre confident enough. People in the audience have no idea what youre presenting or what youre talking about, so when youre up there you can say literally say false information, but if you look confident in doing it, they'll think thats whats correct.
