I imagine the budget to make a Kendrick album at this point in his career, if that s*** drops and he can't tour without it, it's millions flushed down the toilet. this people have money but they're not ready to spend it without gettin some in return. streams and youtube views can't cover that. So yeah, we'll have to wait.

Hip hop tours don’t even do numbers so these rappers don’t have any excuse not to drop.

Music streaming has gone down since corona. Most people listen to music on their way to work, at the gym and so on, so when they work from home and all other things that come with it, they don't listen as much as they used to.

What great albums have been released during the rona ?

I'm cool with waiting tbh. Some of the albums released during peak COVID just didn't pop like they normally would have.
