yall would've been cooked in the neanderthal era, cant survive without looking s*** up on reddit every 5 minutes
Avi to post
Ion know fam saves as an mp4 and I can send them to Discord, IG, Twitter, etc just fine
I feel you about the ads though
What’s this?????
what the hell is a multireddit man 😭
Custom front pages with only the subs you want on them
I have like 5 I only really use, don't really look at /all except for news
Reddit rolled them out like a decade ago then got rid of them for the official app, but rif still supports them
Even beyond this I honestly only went back to reddit cause I was banned here
What’s this?????
An example that videos downloaded from the official Reddit app are saved in mp4 format
No ads, loads literally instantly, doesnt have dog s*** UI, doesnt have algorithm feed pushed down your throat, easy readability, no forced avatar's / NFT s***. I can go on and on and on. Actually has way more features than the official app
i use old reddit on safari and have never ran into any of these issues other than ads which is usually just something small on the sidebar

i used to use old reddit on safari man out of habbit for like 10 straight years so i get you but i finally made the switch to apollo. Changed some display settings so its more like old reddit. and wow, its a so much better browsing experience once you get used to it. Idk what i was thinking being that stubborn and sticking to old reddit on safari

I don't want to click a separate app to use reddit lol
its a dealbreaker for me
what using reddit apollo does to a mf
the crazy thing about apollo is that mf was charging people a membership to be able to create threads (you know a basic feature of the website) and you had to pay monthly to receive something as simple as push notifications. bro is just as greedy as the reddit ceo but he gets to hide behind a wholesome big chungus mask because he's just a smol millionaire indie dev. idgaf what other features were included in the membership, putting basic s*** like that behind a paywall is just gross and would never be seen as acceptable if reddit themselves did it.

Theres a button on apollo to create threads for free.. it just launches the main reddit app and launches the submit post button instantly.
it was paid to do it directly in app
Thats because the API usage youre talking about would be linked to a personal API, not a site wide free api the app uses and you need to pay for that
banned huh
mods!!
The guy told me he'd unban me, I started forgetting to look after awhile lol

damn sounds like horrible UI
damn sounds like horrible UI
what about what i said is horrible UI
damn sounds like horrible UI
Ngl if you're used to official app you more than likely would hate all the others. They're made to basically look like ktt2 and cut a lot of s*** that's just "normal" otherwise

u gotta launch a whole new app to post a thread?
