race my mind was top tier for me on first listen but I play it less now. its still great I just think I have to be in the right mood to listen

Still like it a lot. For me it's in his top 4, maybe eben top 2 projects

But like many others of his albums it's about 20-30 min too long. There are some tracks on here, that are good, but should've been released in other ways and not as part of the album

Agree. If he kept When to Say When, Not You Too, Chicago Freestyle, Time Flies and maybe Desires for CLB it would have been a classic

So when he just deliver a good/great album they feel underwhelmed and the music just going over their head. Why not enjoy the moment of a ner album.

Decent project but underwhelming given how long Drake had to create this.

Can’t say there’s any 1 song I continuously go back to except maybe champagne poetry.

I’d say this wasn’t as good as Scorpion which had multiple standout songs.

Yep! Album feels more coherent than Scorpion but its missing some clear cut hits.

Its a vibe tho.

I don’t think I’ll listen to this all the way through again but I kept 18 of the tracks for my playlists

IMY2 really is a perfectly smooth banger

Probably my favorite (not best) album from him since IYTITL. Still disappointed that In the Bible made it instead of LNCL. That’s a war crime.

Its also probably his most focused effort since IYTITL as well. It should also be noted that homie has been rapping at a new level for the past couple years. Champagne Poetry, 7am, The Remorse are some of his tightest rhymes in a while. Race My Mind, Get Along Better, and Pipe Down in addition to the previously mentioned tracks are hall of fame Drake cuts.

It didn’t live up to the hype, the leak killed the album IMO.

No true theme, too many features. Sounds like he was tired of the process and wanted to get it over with.

Love the album but I still don't understand what he was doing with In The Bible

Its top 3, random thought though I mean drake is the biggest music artist on the planet. You would think he would try to push himself a little harder maybe vocally or production wise. Even songwriting wise, I mean cmon he has gotten a bit repetitive

Some of his most concise songs from a songwriting standpoint is on this project though
