Astroworld was obviously huge but felt like Utopia was gonna be the one. On the heels of the McDonalds/Nike/Sony deals... just felt like he was gonna take Drake's spot as the #1 seller in rap. Probably not gonna happen anymore

Ngl it’s better this way.
Travis never had the production consistency to match Drake. Drake fans were mad in like 2019 but now they are accustomed to his formula and how he drops just to drop sometimes so he can maintain that spot but with Travis who drops an album every blue moon I doubt he could match up with the solo albums because he likes to take his time and perfect every song and especially since he got too many side projects since 2018 so it’s like sooner or later he was gonna run out of options if he had that top spot and would have to sound formulatic on his solo projects just to maintain the charts
