Midnight EST would only be 7 AM over there, so unless they’re doing this at the crack of dawn (in that timezone), the album will already have released assuming it’s dropping at midnight on the 28th.
Or they could do this around 8-11 PM in that timezone, releasing the album afterwards, which would make the release time in America sometime in the afternoon that Friday.
Honestly, Travis’ numbers are gonna go crazy regardless I think they can shave off a few hours (if they went Friday afternoon)
Question is do they want to miss out on that Thursday midnight drop hype?

The album is definitely gonna be successful either way, but it seems like they want the album to drop after this event rather than before with the way it’s been promoted.
Doing this at 6AM-7AM in Giza isn’t out of the question though, sunrise over the pyramids would be beautiful imagery

Based on this, seems like the album will come out at midnight EST on the 28th, and then the launch party will happen at 2:00 PM EST on the 28th. Can’t imagine them removing 14+ hours off of the initial first day tracking

Honestly it might play even better with the album already being out, that way people are a little familiar with the songs already instead of watching only to hear the new material
