It's a distorted edit with stuff moved around and changed to make it look normal enough with a definite uncanny valley effect, defo inspired by AI and the artist prob used AI to help with the effect since it's good for that

she probably used Photoshop's A.I.I work with it everyday. I’ve started to know when things are or aren’t help edited with Ai. There are tell tell signs.
I just know Kristina’s work for a while know and she’s been digitally manipulating photos before Ai.
They’ve literally credited the belt creator and the stylist of shoot.
