JeffersonSteelflexSo it’s been a minute since I’ve shared my opinion on the album. I do get the criticisms of about Trav not having the charisma as Kanye and that could lead to a lack of interest for someone listening. Another issue is that some of the songs do go on way too long (the leg from Topia Twins - the middle part of Skitzo are my main issues with the album)
All that to say, I still believe that this album is special and that Trav artistically showed how strong he is at what he does. Some of these songs are infectious despite having hooks and melodies.
My Eyes alone might clear almost anything he’s done. The growth of him to make a song like that is wild.
I love his presence on Thank God's rap verse
