Similar to what he did for stargazing, prior to when astro world dropped, he would only perform the first half of the song leaving the 2nd half with the beat switch up as a surprise when the album dropped.

My feeling is that Travis is a pretty marketing-oriented artist, and I don't know if him/his people will want a Kanye feature on their huge blockbuster 2023 album.
I'd be down for it though
