Either way the sooner y’all realize Travis is a product more so than an artist now, and he has positioned himself to have to take orders from these labels and corps, the sooner you can enjoy whatever he releases.

The true test will be whether Kanye is on this album or not. If he doesn’t have Kanye on here he is fully controlled.

One day yall will see travs true vision.

0 percent Kanye is gonna be on here and lowkey hope he isnt.

Wasted, Pray 4 Love, Antidote (in 2023),Piss on Your Grave, Flying High, I Can Tell

disagree on most of these but wasted and flying high are valid. Feel like those were pretty weak and low impact even on release

What is his vision to you, and why do you think it would be better he’s not on it?

    Genuinely curious.

I’ve been around since 2012 and been witness from the start, he idolizes Kanye and is better with him than without. The only reason he won’t have any production or feature credits on this album is because the label won’t let him after his controversies.

I mean surely kanye is getting credits on here one way or another right? Unless god’s country ends up left off the project somehow

I don’t dislike k-pop at all my only problem is I don’t want it to dictate how utopia will sound.

It won’t, we’ve heard lost forever and gods country which are nothing alike and nothing like kpop

If ye actually put effort into a feature and it’s not a typical 2023 voice memo feature from him, I’d want him on here considering how he one of the few to stick up for Travis after Astro fest

gods country is a donda throwaway and potentially just the piss on your grave of this album, I wouldn’t expect it to dictate the sound either.

How are so many of you making excuses for K-Pop? That song is bad by any standard. Terrible mid. Song is so mid that most of you are hoping that despite it being clearly pushed as the lead single, it doesn't end up on the album

How anyone could possibly want a Ye vocal feature is baffling

Did no one hear that recent collab with Fivio

Rapping Travis is what made me a fan

His raw rapping voice with minimal autotune just too underrated

I blame that on fivio for accepting that as a feature and putting it out, you have to think Travis has higher standards

Well the alternative is he doesn’t care about music anymore, so which one is worse? Lol

I don’t think K-Pop is totally indicative of how the rest of Utopia will sound, but if it is then it’s looking scary

I’m aware of all that. I don’t think this album will have a distinct sound I’m sure it’ll be all over the place

Fivio more than likely begged Kanye to clear it, doesn’t really speak to where Kanye’s at currently

  • Jul 24, 2023

Do you think the label would let him drop a rage worthy / dark album after Astrofest?

My best guess is we’ll get some glimpses of Travis true sound mixed in with mostly safe music. Not necessarily K-Pop sounds but stuff that fits with it

Travis is gonna need another Sicko Mode moment if Utopia will stand any chance of coming close to the success of Astroworld.
