Cole wanted Nas on New York Times
Would've been even a better song, instead he put 50 cent
Cole really has gotten more love from Nas than he’s ever received from HOV
Hov and him never really had that great of chemistry to begin with. Hov x Drake were much more aligned with each other then him and Cole.
Cole x Nas were the duo that truly matched up to each other, even though they never really worked together.
Cole really has gotten more love from Nas than he’s ever received from HOV
gave him his original Roc chain, that was a cool moment.
But yeah you right. I still wish Hov jumped on God's Gift instead of Nice Watch
Would've been even a better song, instead he put 50 cent
It was supposed to be 50 and Nas on there, he got Bas instead of Nas
Cole really has gotten more love from Nas than he’s ever received from HOV
tbh listening to Cole he comes more form that lineage and sound
where as Drake is more of a son of HOV sound wise
It was supposed to be 50 and Nas on there, he got Bas instead of Nas
Nas x 50 have bad history with each other
Cole really has gotten more love from Nas than he’s ever received from HOV
HOV PUT COLE ON BLUEPRINT 3
MEANWHILE NAS DISSED COLE FOR MAKING NEW WORKOUT PLAN AND YEARS LATER DID A SONG WITH LIL NAS X
Let me chill off Nas lol
HOV PUT COLE ON BLUEPRINT 3
MEANWHILE NAS DISSED COLE FOR MAKING NEW WORKOUT PLAN AND YEARS LATER DID A SONG WITH LIL NAS X
Workout wasn't a good song though, I can see why he would be disappointed
I expected a hate thread but this is actually very well articulated
I don't think he's interested in treading new ground, nor is his audience and that's ok if they both like it. I think him being a saviour/throwback nigga is his own quirk and as for legacy I think he'll be relatively fine. (millions of people voted him as a top 10 rapper oat)
Cuz back then, 50 was being a massive hothead and being an early version of Tekashi and going around and pissing off a bunch of rappers and starting beefs left and right.
And alot of rappers took it because his boss was Eminem.
Cole is easily one of the greatest rappers of the 2010's-present
Put him on a track with rappers that Reddit loves like Freddie, Pusha, Killer Mike and it's not like they'd completely wipe him lol
Cole is good enough to hold his own with anyone
We let Nas get away with doing exactly that since 1994
Nothing Cole has made could ever hold a candle to a single song off illmatic lmao
