Nah I think Wayne might honestly be the most respected figure within rap. From all of his peers from his era to all the young rappers that list him as a primary influence. I think if he would've took a hardline "fuck Thug" stance it would've held weight

and about the change to B6, Thug had already done all that promo & the cover shoot and had the album completely ready to drop as C6by that point. it would’ve been a huge waste of resources if he scrapped all that to change the title more than just to Barter instead of Carter. yea, Thug trolled Wayne a bit, but Thug never had any actual issues with Wayne. it was a completely one-sided beef on Wayne’s part.
