I thought it worked tbh. After mulling it over, Lydia using her power for fame and fortunate makes sense to me. Lydia in the first movie showed a general lack of caring for the dull dross world, and so using her powers for a quick, cheap buck, felt appropriate to me.

Winona def was lacking, but her relationship with Astrid felt authentic

agreed with everyone though, the villains and how they got wacked was weak, and def felt like parts were cut from the full vision.

Among the long list of wasted characters imma throw in the serial killer kid, soon as it's revealed he's actually a weirdo they erase him out of the movie after spending SO MUCH time on him earlier when he was just being shown as a boring regular generic teenager WTF

I really didn’t know what was happening, I tune out pretty bad when I can’t connect with the script, so I’ll grant that there might have been stuff I missed and maybe I’m a cranky ass
