I don’t tip less for bad service, I tip more for good service. Everybody starts at a bottom baseline and must earn a higher tip with good service. Don’t forget it’s entirely optional btw

tip based on service and how helpful they are i myself work in a tip based job and i see people tipping me different amounts all the time it just all depends on the person you can go out your way for them and nothing and then you can do the bare minimum and get crazy tips
