I was mostly thinking of the amount of money that is spent it's like 60-80 dollars a month if not more sometimes
I could save that or spend some on things that are more fun
I spend 65 a week on bud you ain’t that down bad
I spend 65 a week on bud you ain’t that down bad
That's not something I would want to do either
Yeah I did but they sell some where I work now I just bought another 1
it was so easy for me to quit over the past 8 years on and off because i'd have to go to a vape shop and buy one and it was out of my way, expensive, etc.
now they have em at every gas station i live near and the temptation can be a struggle
Just look at it like a breakup
I’m in the process rn, about 5 days in but the mentality of treating it like a relationship that you’ll never experience again and looking over all of the health issues nicotine causes is like when you break up with your girl cause you found some f***ed up s*** about her and while you enjoyed the good times, just know it can never be the same again.
For physical cravings, pringles, gum, and bell peppers been what I’ve been having recently
i think 5 days in, you're doing pretty good. i always find the first two are the hardest and the longer i go, the less i want an addictive substance
Dont quit bro lol
Been smoking cigs / nicotine since i was like 16 and I’m doing great
some of the greatest minds ever smoked cigs (einstein, nikola tesla, steve jobs, etc)

@op if you keep using nic your eventually going to get erectile dysfunction

Yeah the first couple days I quit whenever I entered a room my arms would immediately jump up to my face like I’m taking a puff from my vape but now that doesn’t happen anymore

Not true my little guy gets up pretty well
you can look into nicotine replacement therapy through gums, patches or inhalers that slowly taper in dose. it’s dependent on your vaping regimen, how often you feel the need to vape. usually these treatments take up to 12 weeks to reduce all cravings. quitting cold turkey is pretty unrealistic for most people. you could also look into medicine based therapy like bupropion, usually those allow you to quit vaping a bit quicker but the total treatment is still up to 12wks
First time around I just had to stop leaving the house and put myself in a box to stop thinking of it. 4 days later I was good for nearly a year. Then friends get involved and the peer pressure hits
On my second round rn day 5 I don't want to be reliant on this s*** while I'm on vacation
Dont quit bro lol

lmao at steve b******s being a great mind
Just did a bunch of nicotine salt pouches for like a month. Was trying them as a smokeless little treat and bought a bunch. Never felt good. Just had to get through them. Nicotine sucks ass tbh. Cigarettes are fun to light on fire and take outside. Not gonna kill myself for them though.
Back on caffeine and cardio. Best I've felt in a month. Just have to use that time differently. Chemical withdraw is pretty short.
Did u do it @idkICantPick
