just eat full healthy meals, drink protein shakes and workout as well as exercise. i’ve been stuck at 135 for years until i started doing this and working at a warehouse. i ended up reaching 145 but i stopped doing what i needed and i haven’t gained any weight since.
Yeah but you gotta eat right, take a lil shower and all that so it'll take at least 2 hrs for me cause I like to take my time for everything

Yeah, my diet will be improved as well, lots of protein but I will keep the fat in check.
I want lean gains, building muscle with little to no fat added.
However this style requires a pretty plain diet palette

I’m assuming you want to gain weight because you’re insecure and wish to change your body
You’re looking for a body but don’t realize you are more than just your exterior
Train the mind and the body will follow
Because it's not ideal to be skinny? Why do people always think that skinny people have it good and don't have to worry about a thing? A few extra pounds won't hurt
intrastin..

Track your calories so you can make sure you’re eating more than you’re using, I like to use MyFitnessPal for that. An easy way to pack on calories is by drinking them, so protein shakes with a bunch of extra s*** in them is one option. You could also use Serious Mass although I’ve never tried that myself. Also when you’re cooking throw in some olive oil to up the calories.
Don’t over eat to the point that you throw up, I’ve done that before and it sucks cause all that s*** you just ate is gone

Salute king, MFP it is.. Imma look into them liquid calories cause I hate eating when I'm not that hungry
When bulking I was eating meals with protein(salmon, steak, chicken) white rice and veggies with olive/macademia oil. For snacks a lot of almonds/walnuts/sunflower & pumpkin seeds. I loved rice cakes with peanut butter.
Liquid calories are not worth it in my opinion. I was farting badly every 20 minutes. Gainers have too much simple sugars, and when you're skinny you don't need that much protein anyway. Focus on carbs and healthy fats. To get those extra cals you can add 1tsb of olive oil to every meal. Your body needs to get used to increased calorie intake so take it easy.
Regarding gym, starting strength routine is perfect for someone skinny.
