Art is art no matter how "Edgy" it might sound.
Take the song Kim for an example. It might be edgy, disturbing etc. No matter the content we cant disregard the emotions Em painted in that song. Few rappers have made a song as detailed as that song. That song is pure genius no matter how you look at it.

Don’t really hear it on this record imo I do get what you’re alluding too but I think X really got into that flow later on ofcourse on his debut.
