Really enjoyed that too. I avoided seeing Only God Forgives in theaters (and on 35mm film!) cause it got trashed. Finally watched it on Netflix earlier this year and s*** was dope.

Still gotta see Refn’s Pusher trilogy and Valhalla Rising.

Thought Midsommar director’s cut was eh. Didn’t add much. Bf came across even more as a cartoony douche. S*** felt like John Hamm in Bridesmaids. Bit of a cop out at the relationship aspect of the movie.

    Midsommar
    Parasite
    Avengers: Endgame

I Been slacking this year lol. Haven’t seen Joker, Tarantino, or Lighthouse yet but I really need to

See I feel the same way but didn’t want my list to just be parasite

Joker , midsommar , Us I was at odds with but glad they were made

Parasite only one truly separate from those and I have a lot to see from through year indie wise . Weaker year for me though especially on tv side

    why this s*** stressful

Ha I ain’t stressing I think all art wise this has been a slower year for music , games , tv and movies with each industry going through things

Games - next gen is next year

Tv- splitting of streaming services and major shows of golden age ending

Music - streaming , labels , indie , no one giving a f*** this year as much or releasing content that’s been in their vault

    Movies- Disney domination

Word kinda feels like an off year in some ways but still tons of good stuff

Games - sekiro, metro, re 2, cod, death stranding, outer worlds, etc.

Music - up to debate I guess lol would prolly agree a bit of a slump year

Movies - lots of good-great stuff this year but maybe a lil lacking in some ways. Only really love 1-2 movies I’ve seen so far. 2017 remains a goat year
