The ending loses me kinda cuz it's Refn overindulging in the s*** he's known for tbh. It was a huge tonal shift imo

100% agree. Felt a bit unnecessary, it was like the neon demon ending in a way, where the main plot ends and the rest of the film works kinda as an epilogue
