TalibA combination of both would be ideal but if I had to pick one I would pick an artistically superior rapper. Mainly because a song doesnt need to have amazing lyrics to be enjoyable

and im not talking about objectively good rapping like dense rhyme schemes and all that other s***, you can be objectively good and unpleasant to hear on the mic
vocals are an instrument, charisma lyricism cadence flows tones are all proponents of it that makes a great rapper
