I think Tory is guilty of what he was charged with because the audio and physical evidence present in the trial, along with his own witnesses his defense used, all prove that he was guilty.

If you are aware of what his charges were, and are aware of the evidence, I don't understand how you can possibly question him being found guilty of his charges.
