The issue is that like with everything, there’s a ton of gray area

-it’s pretty clear that she was at least “shot at” and those bullet fragments being dislodged from her foot suggest at least that much. She also kicked through the window of the car, which is where IMO the glass laceration comes from

• She was in a fight with her homegirl, who lawyered quick which…nvm

• There’s no DNA from Tory or gun residue on his person or clothing in large part because the time she lost from initially lying about what happened

If I was a betting man, I’d bet that drunk ass Tory (or her friend tbh which makes more sense to be) pulled the trigger but not in a malicious way, didn’t expect for the bullets to partially graze her, and that it was understood by all parties involved that it was an accident, hence the gray area that I mentioned earlier.

He will probably get off because without DNA, and because she initially lied, that will be enough to suggest that you can’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he in fact shot her

There's literally conflicting reports from two doctors that the wound on meg's foot is from glass or bullet fragments. Is that the definition of clear to u ??

The initial doc treated it as a laceration wound because that’s what she told them and (this part is my opinion) because she wasn’t actually shot, it looked as such

Once the other doctor examined and saw that there was more going on and that minor surgery was needed, she then said she was shot
