The case initially went off the rails because she vehemently said âYOU SHOT ME NIGGAâ
years later, we now know that at least one doctor examined you and didnât come away with you being shot, and the docs who did the surgery on the bullet fragments didnât mention anything about her actually being âshotâ a ton of gray and ambiguity
Thereâs no doubt a gun was fired in her direction but a gun going off multiple times, her being shot but having no injuries to any bones or tendons, twerking a few days later, leaves a ton of room for interpretation

That same report states everyone except Meg did not complain of pains or injuries during the event, and Iâm sure something wouldâve been said or physically proven by now.
Even then, these witness reports all confirm what Meg denies which was an altercation with her friend took place.

The issue is that like with everything, thereâs a ton of gray area
-itâs pretty clear that she was at least âshot atâ and those bullet fragments being dislodged from her foot suggest at least that much. She also kicked through the window of the car, which is where IMO the glass laceration comes from
She was in a fight with her homegirl, who lawyered quick whichâŠnvm
Thereâs no DNA from Tory or gun residue on his person or clothing in large part because the time she lost from initially lying about what happened
If I was a betting man, Iâd bet that drunk ass Tory (or her friend tbh which makes more sense to be) pulled the trigger but not in a malicious way, didnât expect for the bullets to partially graze her, and that it was understood by all parties involved that it was an accident, hence the gray area that I mentioned earlier.
He will probably get off because without DNA, and because she initially lied, that will be enough to suggest that you canât prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he in fact shot her
