It does. If he fired the gun he would’ve had gsr on him lol.
“Inconclusive” is legal jargon for “he didn’t have gsr on him”.
It casts doubt which is definitely beneficial for Tory.
Do people realise that Meg was definitely shot at? The way they talk like she just made this all up out of thin air.
It's a black woman so we know why that is though.
She purposely left out so many important details and her story has changed multiple times. Plus she was drunk when it happened.
Everyone gets drunk and just say stuff sometimes it’s normal she made an oopsie. I still love Megan
Normal people apologize not go on PR runs and smear campaigns. Most normal people also don't f*** they best friends boyfriends multiple times.

if there was any amount it would be conclusive
inconclusive is synonymous with "we cant find any"
But it does not mean that he did not shoot, which is what you are trying to say.
Lmao what does it mean then
Y’all do know this is cap right. @its_onsite updated the story

Actually that’s not true at all.

When she drop a twerk video imma forget this ever happened

I wouldn’t go that far because in court it’d be factually incorrect to say that. But in terms of satisfying the standard of proof it definitely helps Tory imo

So she saw two doctors, or..?
The report in OP says she was treated for lacerations confirmed by that doctor to have come from glass.
Did they wrongly confirm something as police were present, and then come to the bullet fragment conclusion once they left?

She ended being seen by another doc who after examining saw the bullet fragments and had surgery to get most of them out.

Ah okay.
Wow that's a terrible f*** up on the first doctor.

No it's not IMO
Because she wasn't "shot" IMO she was shot at.
If you tell the doctor you got these lacerations from stepping on glass, and you didn't get shot, there's no real reason to think otherwise
There are 4k tendons in the human foot. 206 bones. There's no way she was actually shot. Doesn't mean she wasn't shot at though, which is how the bullet fragments ended up in her foot.
Think it's pretty clear that she was at least shot at. The motive, reasoning, who pulled the trigger, etc. is the issue.
Imagine not caring about a black man being falsely accused of a crime...
You think a majority of ktt2 cares about black men?
Is Meg taking the stand?
nope. she and her lawyers know she'll perjure herself.
