Getting shot at and getting shot are too completely different things.
Mind you she said she was shot in BOTH her feet and needed surgery to get the bullets removed. However, She initially told officers she stepped on glass, that was her official statement to the police. Its turning out to be a blatant lie.
She was never shot.

And The hospitals claims she was treated for "superficial wounds" and never recovered bullet fragments from her feet alines with her initial story of being cut by glass
They need to make an example out of her
What we know:
The real question is what created those injuries and what broke the glass?
Based on height if a bullet broke the window you would be shot in upper body instead of the foot. Opening the door would then cause the glass to fall on the ground which the alleged victim would then step in while exiting the vehicle.
Additionally, said victim also got back into the car with the alleged shooter which goes against the natural human instinct of flight in dangerous situations as her rentering the car is proven by the fact that they were not arrested at the scene of the shooting.

Not capping for Tory because f*** him if he did it. But a gun firing does not mean you were shot at. Accidental firings happen all the time. We don’t know the exact scenario how the gun was pulled:
There’s a lot of unanswered questions surrounding the gun.
Let’s assume the window was broken by the bullet and the alleged shooter is confirmed to be in the passenger front seat and the victim was behind them. If you were the shooter how would you aim at the back passenger window directly behind you. While I’m not a trajectory expert that seems difficult to execute. That’s why I think the case rides on the broken window and what broke it as it may have caused the injuries.
The second part of the case is proven who fired the gun as that person will still face charges for carrying a gun and discharging it in LA. However, if the gun is owned by the security it is probably licensed.

Whoever shot fired 4 times. That's not an accident lol also, there hasn't been any thing to indicate the shots were fired at someone in in the car. All 4 shell casings were found outside.
As far as the gun goes, there isn't anything to say that the unregistered wasn't his. Iirc they found it on him, that's why they charged him with it to begin

It was found under the passenger seat.
Do you have a link to the report on the shell casings? It is my understanding that they don’t know where the shooting took place exactly as they weren’t arrested at the scene.

it was torys gun this was determined from the very start, it was multiple shots of a .22 not an accident, someone was shooting at her or near her, she shrapnel in her feet as a result and was crawling to a nearby driveway when the vehicle she was in pulled up and urged her to get back in the car, glass still on the floor she went back in, cutting her feet in the process (So a mix of glass and sharpnel from a .22) police were called and they were stopped and thats when we get the video of them being arressted. This is what i think the trial will show when it really gets underway
How can you be sure she wasn't shot?
mans biased beyond all hell lol.
Bringing up the glass thing when Meg herself said she lied about that from the jump to protect Tory.
