Do you have a link to the report on the shell casings? It is my understanding that they donât know where the shooting took place exactly as they werenât arrested at the scene.

Do you have all the evidence from that incident presented to you ? Or are you going from what was said ? I know a lot of women who said a black man raped them and they turned out to be false , like that Lovely Bones author. They put in a innocent man in jail for that s*** , what about emitt smith ? White Woman said he touched her and he didnât and he got brutally murdered . Whatâs the common theme here , lack of evidence presented . Once all the evidence comes out and it shows that tory did in fact pull the trigger and etc . I would not defend him at all , but letâs get all the facts first.

it was torys gun this was determined from the very start, it was multiple shots of a .22 not an accident, someone was shooting at her or near her, she shrapnel in her feet as a result and was crawling to a nearby driveway when the vehicle she was in pulled up and urged her to get back in the car, glass still on the floor she went back in, cutting her feet in the process (So a mix of glass and sharpnel from a .22) police were called and they were stopped and thats when we get the video of them being arressted. This is what i think the trial will show when it really gets underway

Thereâs actual video evidence. If you look at the arrest video you can see Tory already outside of the video on the ground while Meg is walking backwards.
On another note a detail that is constantly overlooked it that Megs friend had GSR on her and thereâs no mention of GSR found on Tory.

Stogner later said under questioning by Deputy District Attorney Kathy Ta that gunshot residue can be transferred to someoneâs hands by being âin the vicinityâ of a gun thatâs fired.â
If they tested for GSR at the scene why havenât we heard that Tory had GSR on him. This would remove all questions on who fired the gun.
