Trust me, there is no real reason to listen to anything max volume or without hearing protection. Don’t do it. It’s not worth never being able to effectively produce anything ever again,

Do you think working with studio monitors instead of studio headphones would help prevent hearing loss?

Not necessarily man, it’s just how loud and how poorly EQ’d what you expose your ears to is. It’s a misconception that you need to listen to something super loud to hear everything. I often hear things I had never heard before listening to something at a much lower volume. I’m an artist/pianist/singer and producer though, by no means an engineer, so that’s just my opinion.

I got a theory Travis intentionally has the studio super loud so whatever artist he invites to the studio he can destroy their hearing in order to end their career. Someone gotta check travis's ears for some earplugs or some s*** Once Travis deafens the industry it's over for you f***s.
