Gender confirmation surgery is an elective surgery. You can look up what that surgery is and what it does to people. It's impossible to recreate a human vagina or p****.1 day there maybe the technology to do that with stem cells. But the surgery that's being offered is expensive and it has no approximation to a real sexual organ.
