I do not condone the way that Donald trump has targeted the trans community. However when it comes to prolife causes Donald trump has come through every single time. I have seen 0 evidence that suggested the policy that was changed would affect anything other than gender confirmation surgery which I have explained is largely a sham. It may help the emotional life of a transgender person but the surgery itself is largely 1 of mutilation of the sexual organ.
