He was provided a clear reasoning for why he may have gotten Covid himself that is believable on face value and unlikely to be called out by anyone and will probably not be proven unless he ends up in the hospital.

Trump is most likely going to be fine, so sure he can say COVID isn’t bad, but he’s already been saying that, and views on him are so polarized it’s not like he’s going to convince a large amount of people that disagreed with him about COVID prior
I feel like this will go the way of the other Trump scandals in not really having an individual effect on him (although I think the sheer amount of them does turn people off)
