I think Trump is doing a good enough job himself of convincing people he's losing it. This may appear as a purely politically motivated 2nd Democrat impeachment attempt out of desperation when we're only 3 weeks from the election. It would probably carry more weight if Nancy had found somebody with an R- in front of their name to team up with on this, inb4 Trump tweets in all caps about a DEMOCRAT COUP and Fox News continues the narrative.
