Part of the reasoning for Trump 2016 becoming the huge phenomenon that it became, was because of the perception of Hillary being corrupt and her email leaks. Look how narrowly Trump won Wisconsin, Penn, and Michigan in 2016. If Biden runs in 2016, he wins those states easily and becomes president.
