Personally I only use HDR, with DV completely turned off in the Xbox settings. DV afaik is more accurate in certain cases (especially when calibrated) but the list of games that supports it is short and implementation can be lacking. I keep it on for movies and TV when available, it typically looks really good

You should go through the Xbox HDR calibration app, then do the in game calibration on Destiny and that should make it look better.

Saying that but I do remember Cyberpunk looking amazing with Dolby vision on. Tinker around with it for a bit until you find what looks good to your eyes. “More accurate” doesn’t always mean better
