Anything and everything TV related I don’t know much myself but figured i’d start one.
Eyeballing this TV here I got $500 in gift cards to spend towards it. Would be using it for Xbox & movies mainly. Not 100% sure if it is worth it feel like it is got great reviews. Any input at all?
Been looking at other ones they’re all mad expensive for the 120hz refresh rate. Plus I don’t need a 50” or bigger TV might have to pull the trigger on the one I posted. Problem is storing it for the time being.

I would get it tbh... It is worth it.
But from what I've heard so is it that if you're getting a 4K TV so shouldn't it be under 55"... So maybe wait for a deal on the bigger version of it aka the 55" LG C1 (2021) UHD TV

Well to take full advantage of the 4K resolution is one of the things I've read or heard a couple of years ago plus bigger screens are also better for the eyes and sometimes do have some at least small extra features that the smaller screens might not have. But I would still say the 48" one is worth it as it isn't a lot smaller in size so it should still be good... But if you can somehow instead get a 55" so wait and do that. The choice is yours in the end though

Interesting that never really crossed my mind at all. I could do that only thing is I feel like i’d be pressed for space. Just cause this would be going in my bedroom but by the time it hits a discount I could have something else figured out by then. I appreciate it I will probably hold off then and see what is around come Black Friday & Cyber Monday.

Yeah do that tbh!
And the new LG C2 one might be on sale by then and is recommended to get if you're going to wait 4-6 months more and then get one

Sounds like the way to go to me I appreciate it a ton 🙏
48 inches is great if you sit close, the 48 has higher DPI
I have the 55 inch C9, $799 for a 700 nit 120hz OLED is a crazy good deal

Indeed. You'll for sure get a good deal during November 2022 - January 2023

Sweet cause I don’t really have a safe place to store it at the moment either I would of had to figure that out on the fly 😂

Would be amazing, ive been looking at huge square CRTs for the past week and just thinking "how can someone lighten these up and why did people just say f*** you to square tvs". Why does every show need to be 16:9 bruh?

You can't go wrong with any Sony or LG OLED imo but I like my A90j
