That radio, parties, argument is moot.

That person doesn't mean what comes in when you're drunk at a party, that's a variable that's uncontrollable

They are consciously listening to music that they feel denegrates them and in the same vein not supporting the artist that don't.

Rapsody and Noname are underground hip hop artists in the grand scheme of things

The underground hip hop community is a very niche one that is almost predominantly male lmao its not a matter of supporting its a matter of just not being tapped into that

I would never listen to a song that truly offends me. That's not hard to do.

So how did she use the word wrong then ?

I didn’t say she used it incorrectly. In context, she used it perfectly

But the context was not specific to the definition of the word
So I was curious if she knew what it meant. She didn’t answer so idk if she really knew 🤷🏾‍♂️

No, misogyny is a buzzword being used in the USA in the past few years

Which is funny bc I would argue that rn women have more rights than ever before and that misogyny, as a concept that people believe in, is probably at its lowest point ever

i understand your point but i dont really see "misogyny" as some crazy advanced word that everyone is misunderstanding, seems pretty simple to me and everyone knows what it means

Well she decided to deflect instead of answer so idk

The concept of misogyny is at its lowest point because people arent googling it

  • DonutHole

"do you think that most women need cognitive dissonance in order to enjoy rap music?"

Why is this question about most women? How tf would I know if I haven't researched it?

I'd have to find a recent survey from a credible source that used a decent pool size and only then I could honestly give u an answer

U sound about dumb as F*** asking that question like that, u just exposed urself as a bottom feeder that makes up his opinion about most women with bs he conjures up in his head after having interacted with the women in his life (which I assume is very few)

Do the ticket sales of concerts not speak for women?

  • Nov 4, 2021

Should’ve never gave y’all niggas Google trends

If music is that important you then get tapped in. Otherwise you can't complain. I listen to mostly underground music. Plenty of my women friends do also.

It's not hard to ignore the lean and d*** dealing music. I literally haven't listen to full albums by so many uber popular artist because I don't agree with the content.

Just put in the effort if it's that offensive.
