It’s baffling how bad this is following up to Trench

So boring and soulless

This album grew on me like crazy, every song here besides Bounce Man hits hard for me. The Livestream Experience definitely helped with that, that was one of the best shows I've seen

If this came out after Blurryface, itd be hailed as a improvement, but following up Trench with this is hella disappointing.

The livestream experience was insanely good though

Livestream was incredible. Album is growing on me big time… even Saturday

I’m fine with them making a fun pop album as long as we get a real follow up to Trench this year or next year

I would have agreed with you after listening to Saturday for the first time, but idk… it really is growing on me. I really really like redecorate, and I like the guitar usage throughout the album. Lyrics aren’t great on all the songs but ya know

Blurryface's production was god awful

Redecorate is better than anything off BF.

The album itself does sound soulless, however the two Trench tracks at the end show that it might be intentional since supposedly it's a part of a story they made. Doesn't excuse it but I think that if they don't change it with the next album it'll be hard to stay invested.

this album is so mid and it makes me sad, it felt like they were getting better and better with each project and this one is just meh

Car Radio has more heart and soul in it for sure, however the production and lyrics just aged terribly imo. I think it was definitely a more genuine song so I see what you're saying.

Jumpsuit is still an insane rock song

I like fantano, but a 2/10 is legit just a clown for the sake of clowning. He's mad it's not a good follow-up to Trench just like the rest of us, and it's not a good album. But acting like this is one of the worst of the year is INSANE lol

Yes I get that it’s some kind of story of a fictional label controlling them, and it’s supposed to be dark lyrics under the bright, poppy pretense, but this is one of the worst pop albums I’ve ever heard so this is no excuse
