It’s been about a month since I finished The Return & every time I think about it, I can only marvel at what Lynch pulled off.

Just thinking about 1-18 I can honestly say that was an EXPERIENCE. One of the most multilayered, original and rich worlds ever put on television.

Not sure when I’ll ever watch this again but I’m just glad I was bored that one night and decided to begin watching Season 1 after it being on my hard drive for 3 years. Best decision this year.

True. Then again I can’t imagine what it was like watching the OG series on air. Regardless Twin Peaks is a magical show whose brilliance doesn’t rely on communal viewings.

The twin peaks subreddit has some good theories on every miniscule aspect of the show, but I kind of just want a definitive answer for once 😣

There’s so many different things I either don’t understand or haven’t picked up on, whether they are actual clues or if they’re just a manifestation of Lynch’s mysteriousness

I credit this one to mysteriousness, but I also like the subtle connection to Judy (one being the logo) and I remember hearing on a podcast about the year of the nuclear test (or the gotta light event) being the same year the jerky was created.
