i thought feeling if your life was in danger is self defense, ain't that how dababy got away with killin a nigga in walmart
Nah that nigga had a gun and pulled it out as dababy was fighting the guy's homeboy. Completely different situation

wouldn't seeing two niggas quiet af in ski masks and backpacks on in your store cause a similar "fearing for my life" reaction? ain't no tellin what could've had on em
i think it's justified just should've stopped when the nigga yelled IM DEAD! he already down ain't gotta try and thirst him

Well that's your opinion but like i said, in the court of law, that ain't self defense. Dababy was within his rights cause he saw a gun. This store owner never saw a weapon and was never threatened with one. He was never even physically attacked. The kid went for his merchandise, which prompted the store owner to attack him. It was defense of property, clear cut brother. He might still get charged and sued though especially after that reddit thread
Well im glad you feel like it was self defense but in the court of law that is 100% not self defense. It is defense of property because he was defending his property from being taken. Never once was the store owner threatened directly by the robber and he admitted he didn't think they had weapons on his reddit post which is now deleted.
Two shady looking ass fellas with masks over their faces and one jumps my counter right next to me then I’m considering my own self defence there; whether you state it as law or not. I’m not going to be stood there thinking ahhh homie might not actually attack me he just wants the vapes, it’s a split second instinctive decision that could save your life… stop twerking for the robbers.

Call me twerking for the robbers because I'm stating laws? Idiot. Nevada laws say you can protect your property so he was within his rights. i never argued that. I think both parties are in the wrong but for some reason yall think it has to be either or. The stupid kids risked their lives over some vapes and the stupid store owner now risked his freedom making a reddit thread to brag about it. I also do think the stabbing was excessive imo which will play a role when he gets sued or charged in the future.
Still this doesn’t absolve the store owner of responsibilities lol. Why’s it gotta be so black and white with y’all
Because you lose innocence and security the moment you do that, as a robber you’ve cemented that. and it’s the biggest grey area there is cause tell me the rules to a situation where you don’t know if you could die or not and how to react, on both sides … everything’s up in the air at that point. Self-defense is a grey area lol

Well idiot, see my first reply to you where I’m clearly not taking a black and white viewpoint I said the shopkeeper shouldn’t of been so excessive. Don’t know why you’re so mad.

So i don't know why you're arguing with me and saying im trying to defend some criminals. I literally just stated that his actions fell under defense of property not self defense laws
0 threat?
This is such a stupid post fam.
In what world do you know what's someone is gonna do before they do it?
This is Not That's so Raven
Is the clerk supposed to assume the robber is a ktt nigga?
How do you know someone's not gonna try to kill you?
Is he supposed to just stand there and let them take everything and pray nothing else bad happens?
There's hella scenarios that could've played out
And option C was the one that was chosen.
It's easy asl to access my boy
PUT THE VAPES IN THE BAG!…..
PUT IT IN!!!!

It’s self defense after the robbery began, jumping the counter was an obvious act of aggression. He had every right to defend himself. It also doesn’t matter what someone says after you begin fighting back due to the fact that if you stop before the threat is incapacitated there is nothing stopping them from retaliation. It’s kill or be killed after you start defending yourself especially if you are cornered.

Many self defense laws apply to acting in defense of your place of employment. But once again, the guy jumped the counter. At that point most people are going to see red.
All he tweets about is Valorant
What happens when kids raised on GTA Online touch grass
When the GTA RP antics dont work IRL

Somehow alot of people defending the robbers.
And people stating laws of the states. (Good to know)
But in a fight or flight situation
I doubt mothafuckas are thinking bout laws, certain criteria that has to be met and ordnances
as someone tries to rob you and jumps over your counter.
Survive mode kicks in and that's all.

Honestly too many people live with too much cowardice and it's going to get them killed we are about to enter dark ages and if you aren't prepared to kill you will be preparing to die I fully believe that . Just be prepared and don't judge a man who is protecting his life and safety
